The May 18, 2026 Proof release (DEPLOY-1310) introduces a visually updated dashboard and settings UI reflecting Proof's Digital Identity for all user roles across multiple industries, enables direct upload of non-government secondary ID documents during identity verification for signers in limited workflows, and improves navigation and account setup for in-house notaries using multifactor authentication, with all changes applying to future transactions.

Enhancements

Updated Dashboard and Settings UI for Proof Digital Identity

The user dashboard and user settings have been updated to reflect the release of Proof's Digital Identity. Signers will see a new UI on the dashboard, including an updated settings menu and a new Identity tab. This is a visual update only — no functionality has been removed.

Direct Upload of Non-Government ID Documents During Identity Verification

Recipients can now directly upload non-government secondary ID documents — such as bank statements and lease agreements — when needed during the identity verification process.
