Proof brings security, compliance, and confidence to your most important business moments. Here's an overview of Proof's solutions that help you detect risk, respond fast, and scale securely.
Platform Tools
Command Center
Command Center is the centralized management hub for Proof owners and administrators. In Command Center, you can manage users, branding, security, and more settings across your company, including child (subsidiary) organizations.
Proof Defend
Proof Defend screens every signature and transaction. Defend analyzes identity and behavioral data to help detect fraud and provide trust in every transaction, whether customers are signing, notarizing, or verifying their identity. You can view identity reports, risk scores and signals, and control which of your team members has access to this information.
Real Estate Solutions
Proof manages state-specific notarial requirements automatically, conducts identity verification, and delivers completed closing packages to the appropriate parties. This eliminates the need for mobile notaries, overnight document shipping, and in-person signing appointments.
Online and Hybrid Closings
Online closings on Proof allow real estate organizations to complete residential purchase and refinance closings entirely online, from document preparation through final notarization.
Title Agencies
Title agencies can use Proof to collaborate with lenders and send their own notarizations for seller-side closings, cash closings, HELOCs, home purchases, and refinances. Depending on the tier, title agencies can also integrate Proof with software such as ResWare, SoftPro 360, and more.
Collab
Collab is the collaboration tool within Proof for lenders and title agents to coordinate refinance and purchase closings fully online. Collab enables seamless document sharing and transaction handoffs between closing parties.
Transactions with Identity Verification
Our identity-focused transactions leverage Proof's comprehensive verification suite to authenticate participants, whether as the primary goal of the session or as a mandatory security step before proceeding.
Notarize Transactions
Proof allows signers to meet with a notary via live video to have their documents notarized. Notarizations can be initiated by the signer directly, or signers can receive a notarization request from an organization or notary via email, text, link, or QR code.
Identify Transactions
Identify transactions verify a person's identity without notarization or signing a document. This transaction takes advantage of Proof's identity verification tools to help organizations prevent fraud early in their workflows, protecting both in-person and online interactions.
Verify Transactions
Verify confirms a person's identity through a live video call with an agent. This human oversight provides a higher level of security than automated systems alone, creating a complete record of both the verification and the person's authorization.
Sign Transactions with Identity Verification
Sign transactions are for documents that need electronic signatures but don't require notarization. You can add identity verification to confirm the signer's identity.
Certify
Certify makes it possible to trust the documents and data that businesses rely on. With Certify, you can add a cryptographic signature paired with an identity to produce verifiable records.
