Request a change to your organization's plan – Proof Help Center
To request a change to your organization's Proof plan, navigate to Settings → Billing & Payment → Change plan to select a new plan or upgrade from Business Pro to Business Pro+ self-serve, or alternatively contact your Customer Success Manager, Sales, or Proof Support for assistance with Premium and Enterprise options.
The short answer: Your organization's plan on Proof determines access to features like the API, custom branding, integrations, and more. Follow the instructions below to request a plan change.
Change your organization's plan
- 1.Select Settings from the menu on the left.
- 2.Select Billing & payment from the Settings page menu.
- 3.Select Change plan at the bottom of the page on the Plan details tab.
You can also contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact Sales to discuss plan options.
To upgrade from Business Pro to Business Pro+, you can do this self-serve directly in your account. See the relevant instructions for upgrading.
