Reset Your Proof Password – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center explains that you can reset your password anytime via the login page by requesting a reset link sent to your email (which expires in 5 minutes), and your new password must be at least 8 characters long, include at least three types of characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters, or spaces), and not be on a list of commonly used or compromised passwords, with additional support available if you cannot access your email.
The short answer: You can reset your password anytime from the Proof login page. We'll send a reset link to your email address so you can get back to your account.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet both of these conditions:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Use at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (!, @, %, etc.)
- Spaces
For extra security, new passwords are checked against a database of passwords that are considered not secure due to common usage or a data breach on another platform. If your password appears on that list, you'll be asked to choose a different one.
Reset Your Password
- 1.Go to the Proof login page.
- 2.Enter the email address associated with your account or transaction.
- 3.Click the Forgot password? link.
- 4.Confirm your email address on the next screen.
- 5.Click Send password reset link — then check your inbox.
Note: This link expires in 5 minutes. If it expires before you use it, repeat steps 1–3 to get a new one.
- 1.Follow the instructions in the email from noreply@proof.com to set your new password.

Can't Access Your Email?
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, submit a support request. The support team will help you verify your identity and regain access to your account.
