Save Time and Reduce Redundancy with Clone Transaction
The new Clone Transaction feature in the Proof portal streamlines the transaction creation process. Users can easily clone any existing transaction with a single click. The cloned transaction retains all details of the original, including documents and tags, enabling a faster and more efficient workflow. This is especially useful for handling similar transactions or replicating a transaction, as it expedites creation, minimizes errors, and eliminates the need to manually enter repetitive details.
Additionally, the “Replace document” feature allows users to swap out files while retaining all original tags.
The Confidence You Need To Make Changes
The Edit Transaction feature provides business customers with greater control and peace of mind when managing sent transactions. Previously, sent transactions could not be edited, which sometimes led to confusion and duplicate transactions. With the new Edit Transaction button, users can now update sent transactions before recipients begin their signing journey. This allows for quick, necessary changes and ensures a smoother, more efficient process.
Fight Fraud with In‑Person Verification
According to the American Land Title Association, 30% of title agencies encountered seller impersonation fraud attempts in 2023, with this figure expected to rise in the future. The Identify In-person Verification tool helps protect businesses from fraud. Title agents can print a customized PDF, branded with their business colors, that includes a QR code for customers to scan and complete the Identify transaction as a first step in securing closings.
The new "print" option on Identify EasyLinks allows agents to print a customized PDF with an auto-printed QR code, making it easy to share with customers on-site. This functionality streamlines in-person verification and reinforces security by putting Identify at the forefront of every closing, whether online or in person.

Enhanced Account Security
To improve account security, Proof is introducing Compromised Password Prevention. When users sign up or update their password, the system checks it against a list of commonly known or breached passwords. If the chosen password is weak or compromised, users will be prompted to create a stronger one. This feature is designed to protect user data without exposing or leaking password information from the system, as part of Proof's ongoing commitment to platform security.

A new payment option is being introduced to provide more flexibility. Users can now choose to use the payment information on file or provide a new payment method, allowing for a smoother and more convenient payment experience tailored to individual preferences.
