Send a Manual Reminder to Your Signers – Proof Help Center
To send a manual reminder to signers in Proof, log in, open the desired transaction from the Transactions menu, click Transaction actions, select Send a reminder, optionally add a note and your signature, then choose to send either an email reminder or an SMS reminder by entering a phone number.
The short answer: To send a manual reminder, open the transaction in Proof, select Transaction actions, and select Send a reminder.

Send a manual reminder
- 1.Log in to your Proof account.
- 2.Select Transactions from the navigation menu on the left.
- 3.Find the desired transaction and select its name to open it.
- 4.Select the Transaction actions button in the top right of the Transaction details.
- 5.Select Send a reminder.
- 6.Optionally, type a note to the signer in the Note to signer field and your name in the Signature field.
- 7.Select Send reminder email to send an email reminder, or enter a phone number and select Send SMS reminder to send a text message.
