Set an Existing Brand Profile as Default – Proof Help Center
To set an existing brand profile as the default in Proof, navigate to Brands, click the three-dot menu next to the desired profile, select "Set as default," and save changes, noting that this only applies the default to new organizations while existing organizations retain their current brand settings.
How it works
Selecting a default brand profile has no impact on existing organizations. If an organization already has brand settings, those do not change. You can manually apply the desired brand profile to existing organizations instead.
If the default brand profile is deleted from Command Center:
- New organizations will no longer have a brand profile automatically applied.
- Organizations with that profile already applied can change it at the organization level — not in Command Center.
Set brand profile as default
- 1.Select Brands from the menu on the left.
- 2.Select the 3 vertical dots to the right of the brand profile you'd like to set as default.
- 3.Select Set as default.
- 4.Select Save changes in the pop-up window to confirm.
Summary Checklist
- Brands → 3-dot menu → Set as default → Save changes.
- Default applies to new organizations only — existing org brand settings are not affected.
