Set Signature Options for Signers – Proof Help Center

The Proof Help Center explains that users can configure signer signature options by enabling at least one of three methods—handwritten, uploaded image, or text-based signatures—via the organization account's Settings under Transaction settings, where changes are saved after selection.

Options for Signer Signatures

You have three options for signer signatures. All three can be enabled, but at least one must be set to YES.

  1. 1.Allow handwritten signatures for all transactions: Signers draw their signature using a mouse or touchscreen.
  2. 2.Allow uploaded signatures for all transactions: Signers upload an image of their signature.
  3. 3.Allow text-based signatures for all transactions: Signers select which font to use as their signature instead of drawing.

Choose Signer Signature Options

To update signature settings, follow these steps from your organization account:

  1. 1.Click Settings from the navigation panel on the left.
  2. 2.Select Transaction settings from the Settings page menu on the left.
  3. 3.Find the Signer signatures box and make your desired selections using the radio buttons and checkboxes.
  4. 4.Click Save changes.
