Keep Your Team in the Loop with CC Contacts
Based on customer feedback, you can now add CC contacts on transactions, supported both in the API and transaction creation form.
- Add CC contacts by email address when sending a transaction.
- Manage CC contacts from the transaction details page: add or remove as needed.
- Removing a CC contact revokes their access to documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Each CC'd contact receives two emails: one when the transaction is sent and another upon completion, including links to finalized documents.
- CC contacts can access completed documents via shared pin and access code.
This feature helps keep your team informed when transactions are sent and completed, and allows sharing completed documents with those who don’t need to sign, improving transaction management efficiency.
Effortlessly Replace Documents in Drafts and Templates
The Replace Document feature streamlines document management by allowing you to replace documents in draft transactions and templates.
- Update documents without deleting, re-uploading, or retagging.
- Previously applied tags, including signer and notary fields, are retained.
- Available in both draft transactions and document templates.
This tool enables quick changes to drafts or templates, saving time and effort while maintaining a smooth and consistent workflow.
Enhanced EasyLink Payment Clarity
EasyLinks have unique payer settings: businesses can pay for transactions or set signers to pay. To increase visibility:
- Active EasyLinks now display a summary of who is set to pay in billing settings.
- When managing EasyLinks from the ‘Tools’ section in the ‘Send & Manage’ tab, a new column shows the “Payer” value for each.
These enhancements provide greater clarity and control over payment responsibilities.
A Simplified and More Intuitive Transaction Details Redesign
A significant redesign of the transaction details modal is coming soon, transforming it into a full-page experience for enhanced usability and scalability.
- Improved visibility of crucial transaction information.
- Easier to scan and navigate.
- The "Contacts" section is consolidated into the "Recipients" tab.
- The "Notary," "Video," and "Witness" tabs are merged under a new "Meeting" tab.
