Update Your Notary Account Email Address – Proof Help Center
To update your notary account email address, log into your profile by selecting your initials, go to Account information, click Edit to change your email to one you can access (necessary for password resets), save the changes, and note that if you are a notary, certain profile updates may require re-approval before proceeding.
The short answer: You can update your email address directly from your account profile. Use an email address you can access — you'll need it to receive a password reset email.

Update Your Email Address
- 1.Select your initials in the upper right corner of your account.
- 2.Select Account information from the dropdown menu.
- 3.Navigate to the Account information section.
- 4.Select Edit.
- 5.Update your email address.
- 6.Select Save changes.
