View a signer's ID – Proof Help Center
To view a customer's ID used in a completed transaction on the Proof platform, log in, go to Transactions, select the transaction, open the Recipients tab, and click the ID photo to enlarge or view additional details, noting that this feature is enabled by default but can be disabled for employees by contacting Proof Support or your Customer Success Manager.

The short answer: Here's how to view the identification used by your customer for a completed transaction on the Proof platform.
This feature is on by default for all organizations. If you want to prevent your employees from viewing customer IDs, contact Proof Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to disable it.
View a signer's ID
- 1.Log in to your Proof account.
- 2.Select Transactions from the navigation panel on the left.
- 3.Find the transaction you'd like to view the ID for.
- 4.Select the desired transaction to open the Transaction Details.
- 5.Select the Recipients tab at the top of the page.
If desired, you can select the photo of the ID to:
- Enlarge the ID
- View the back
- View any available secondary IDs

- To disable ID viewing for your employees, contact Proof Support or your CSM.
